Too many products can harm your core business, it is rather a better idea to invest in your core business products (the one’s that you primarily intend to sell).
Drop your extra spending on unnecessary expansion of your product range. Focus on your core products and try to make these products better.
Maintain your existing customers:
Your loyal customers are your key to recession-proofing your business. Holding on to your long standing customer base will probably give you the best chance of keeping your business from taking the recession damage. Ignoring your loyal customers and running behind gaining newer customers will only cause instability.
